Gemini Space Station seeks Product Manager, Payments in New York, NY.Duties: Work directly with the Product team and cross-functional stakeholders across Strategy, Design, Engineering, and Business Development to leverage data to focus on the biggest initiatives. Deliver actionable analysis and insights that will directly influence Gemini's product roadmap globally and offer data-driven recommendations on the next generation of market offerings. Track, monitor, and report on product performance and broader industry and macro trends. Serve as an industry expert with insight into the crypto industry, Gemini, and its peers, and globally. Provide sophisticated research and analysis on product rollouts, existing customers, and market and competitive trends. Perform analysis in the areas of market opportunities and trends, customer demographics, market size, competitors, penetration, and business impact. Communicate recommendations and actionable insights to a diverse array of global stakeholders. Supporting Gemini's focus on data-driven decisions and prioritization based on impact. Work with third parties to undertake more detailed analysis and research. Position based at headquarters and may be assigned to unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. as determined by management. Telecommuting permitted.Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and 3 years of experience in the job offered, as an Accountant, Financial Services Consultant, Auditor, or related occupation. In lieu of a Master’s degree, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in the job offered, as an Accountant, Financial Services Consultant, Auditor, or related occupation. Experience must include:1. Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on product performance and broader industry and macro trends.2. Providing sophisticated research and analysis on product rollouts, existing customers, and market and competitive trends.3. Performing analysis in the areas of market opportunities and trends, customer demographics, market size, competitors, penetration, and business impact.4. Quantitative and qualitative analysis.5. SQL.6. Analytics with Python or R.Employment and background checks may be required.$175,000-$195,000 per year.
