JPMorgan Chase Product Manager-Vice President in New York, New York

Join our dynamic Rewards team as a Product Strategy and Delivery Vice President, where you'll leverage your analytical skills and creativity to enhance our Chase Rewards product. You'll be instrumental in personalizing and improving our products by understanding customer needs and data intelligence. Your role will involve defining the strategic vision for the modernization of a platform product, planning and implementing customer-centric Rewards journeys, and effectively communicating our vision across product groups and stakeholders. This role is perfect for a self-starter who can influence and communicate effectively within a highly matrixed organization to promote business results.

As a Product Manager-Vice President within the Chase Rewards team, you will be responsible for supporting a product area, delivering loyalty user experiences, and promoting the strategic vision for the modernization path of a platform product. You will leverage your deep understanding of customer needs, data intelligence, and your ability to create excellence at scale to make our products better, smarter, and more personalized. Your role will involve promoting the planning, sequencing, and implementation of initiatives to promote end-state transformation based on value, impact, and time to market. You will be a key storyteller, communicating our vision across product groups, key stakeholders, and at executive levels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic product vision and define roadmap that brings your vision to life by balancing foundational capability enhancements with creative, experimentation-driven learning.

  • Maintain evergreen product roadmap based on changing market and customer needs that delivers incremental value across multiple releases

  • Become a subject matter expert on the Loyalty user experience and your assigned product area

  • Partner closely with Business, Technology, Design, and Data teams to define requirements and lead product strategy efforts, effectively managing timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers.

  • Oversee the project governance process, reporting out and presenting on project status to senior stakeholders

  • Develop materials for Business Reviews with executive leadership and other forums by crafting a comprehensive story of the Rewards strategy

  • Lead your stakeholders and cross functional teams to achieve the best business value possible. Use collaborative storytelling to communicate and drive cross-functional alignment for your work.

  • Clearly communicate product needs, progress and business challenges to executive level

  • Collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment (e.g., Risk, Controls, Legal, Compliance)

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers

  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition

  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management, program management or relevant experience

  • Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives in fast paced environments.

  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information in order to inform and make decisions quickly, take risks, course-correct, and constantly iterate on your approach

  • Ability to make recommendations and progress in the face of ambiguous and at times overlapping priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to cross-functional partners up and down the chain with the ability to influence and motivate

  • Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing and driving decisions

  • Experience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration philosophies for speed to market is a plus

  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Bachelor's degree required
