Citigroup Product Performance Management Senior Specialist in New York, New York

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Performance Management Senior Specialist for its New York, NY location.

Duties: Responsible for Virtual Accounts, a core cash product of Citi. Ensure the product operates within risk boundaries and is compliant with all applicable procedures, policies, and regulation. Execute commercial strategies and support sales conversations to grow revenue. Execute high-priority business initiatives, such as product feature enhancements and new solution/use case launches and securing the necessary internal approvals. Design new product functionality with internal teams, such as sales, tech, etc. Engage the right functions to troubleshoot any product gaps. Support tech solutioning discussions through familiarity with the Virtual Accounts architectural ecosystem, including Flex Demand Deposit Accounts, the Flexcube Virtual Accounts Management Engine (“VAM”), Payments Product Processors, Global Concentration Engine (“GCE”), Global Billing System (“GBS”), the Client Relationship Management (“CRM”) tool, eForms, ePAPs. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, and four (4) years of experience working in liquidity services or banking payments product in the job offered, or in a related occupation in the financial services industry. Four (4) years of experience with all of the following: Analyzing, identifying, mitigating, and documenting current or emerging risk relating to the product, including compliance risk, credit risk, market risk, or reputational risk; Designing and establishing procedures to mitigate product risks identified and adhering to, or enhancing the efficiency of, already established procedures and risk parameters; Coordinating multiple projects and timelines within the product sphere to support revenue growth, commercial strategies, cost savings, or operational efficiency initiatives to completion; Assessing potential product solutions to client needs/pain points and analyzing the potential financial return to such enhancements; Understanding of product systems/technology architecture and working with technology partners on solutioning for desired outcomes including resolution of product issues or introduction or new features; Conducting quantitative analysis and output, including building of financial projections, revenue and expense modeling, and Key Performance Indicator tracking.
