Job Purpose:

The overall purpose of this job is to oversee and manage our education programs, ensuring their successful implementation and impact.

As the Program Director, you will handle overall program management and assessment, leadership and mentoring, the development and expansion of programs at their school site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for education programs, aligning them with our mission and goals.

  • Manage and supervise a team of program coordinators and educators, providing guidance and support to ensure effective program delivery.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs, collecting and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with external partners, such as schools, government agencies, and community organizations, to enhance program outcomes and promote collaboration.

  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with funding requirements.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in education, incorporating evidence-based practices into program design and implementation.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on program activities and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Knowledge and Skills required:

  • In-depth knowledge of educational theories, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Strong understanding of program management principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and evaluation.

  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting.

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and accreditation standards in the education sector.

Additional Job Requirements:

Other essential requirements of this role require:

  • The ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.

  • The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders over the phone and/or office applications.

  • The use of various types of vision, including but not limited to close vision, distance vision, and color differentiation.

  • The ability to work in a moderately noisy environment commonly found in business offices, such as sounds from computers and printers, as well as light traffic.
