ManpowerGroup Program Execution/Project Manager for HR Transformation in New York, New York

Role: Program Execution/Project Manager for HR Transformation

Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Position type: 10+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion as FTE

Pay range between $80 - $87/hr on W2 (All inclusive)

Job description:

Markets Transformation is working on Human Resource process changes. The PM is expected to design processes & controls and support execution:

• Drive, design and manage implementation of HR process and control changes for Markets

• Facilitate remediation-related engagement with the business and functional partners

• Develop frameworks, documentation, procedures, change management plans and concise communication materials adjusted to the audience

• Clearly articulate problems, and bring the right people together to strategically address them to ensure meaningful outcomes for Markets

• Promote partner involvement, effectively influence and communicate across various stakeholders as a Markets representative

• Check and challenge proposals from Enterprise functions

• Draft materials and effective end-to-end engagement for closure processes in response to regulatory commitments

• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies

• Create clear, succinct communication of program updates, risks, issues and business impact to C-level senior managers. (verbal and written)

This role includes program management, design and execution.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

Proven experience:

• Driving solutions in a complex organization within specified deadlines

• Leading and managing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment

• Thinking critically, strategically and analytically and to creatively problem solve

• Succinctly and precisely communicating with stakeholders and senior management on the program progress

• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach

• Able to investigate deeply into material content and strategically look across the portfolio

• Demonstrating the knowledge, skills and experience to recognize when problems surface or potential problems are looming and materiality

• Articulating and effective communicator, both orally and in writing

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained change

• Strong attention to detail

• Experience working across organizational levels, including Senior Management

• Influences and engages across businesses and functions (e.g., HR, Technology, Business Testing, Internal Audit, etc.)

• Works well in a team setting and independently

• Basic Markets knowledge (e.g., risk and controls, trade lifecycle, products, etc.)

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, MS Project.
