The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Position Summary
The Program Manager for the Center for Human Development is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the Center, providing direct support for administrative, educational, and research initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist with post-award administration for CCHD & CSCT
- Process requisitions, vouchers, and invoices for laboratory and office supplies, equipment, and services
- Manage P-card expenses, reconcile P-cards, and cover all labs when the primary purchaser is unavailable
- Organize, track, and reconcile Center space distribution
- Submit Work Orders to maintain Center space
- Develop and maintain the Center's website content
- Onboard new faculty and staff
- Assist the Grants Manager with the preparation of grant applications including budget prep and support materials
- Perform additional related duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in training and/or experience plus a minimum of four years of related experience
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant work experience in research administration, federal and private grants management and policy, and accounting or budgeting
Other Requirements
- Successful completion of applicable compliance and system training requirements
