Job Description

A large banking client is looking for a Project Manager to join their ADQ team. This person will be responsible for consolidating projects in support of the LOB and providing data analytics for the various system enhancements. Responsible for driving change across related functions, partnering with technology and supporting innovation. Also responsible for documentation of LOB processes and analysis of opportunities, this role will enable operational excellence, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and drive issues resolution to address gaps. This role also will require an understanding of onboarding data and root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement as it pertains to the line of business.

Responsibilities:

• Support for one or more Lines of Business (Global Markets)

• Complete work to current standards of accuracy, timeliness and volume and ensure that Service Level Agreements are met.

• Will take ownership of issues and follow through to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.

• Build and maintain close working relationship with internal clients. Understand their relationship with the Bank's customers and prospects.

• Display behaviors including, but not limited to customer/client focus; development of solutions that create value for the customers; inspires and motivates the team to constantly raise the bar; work across the Organization to build effective problem solving relationships; adapts quickly to new demands and challenges.

• Identify opportunities and make recommendations for process improvements. Assist with, or coordinate, the implementation of change as needed.

• Demonstrate excellent judgment in making independent decisions and performing tasks.

• Serve as subject matter expert for business partners and customers, as applicable

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of experience within Banking

• 2+ years of Project Management experience

• Proficient in using, summarizing and explaining large data sets.

• Alteryx and Tableau experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including: PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel including pivot tables

• Knowledge of Global Banking and Markets null
