Description We are looking to onboard a Project Manager who will primarily focus on supervising our office transition to a new site. The job is based in New York, 10018-6001, United States. The position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in the entire process of relocating our office to a different location

• Direct and oversee the execution of the office move to ensure it is carried out smoothly and efficiently

• Employ strong organizational skills to manage all aspects of the move, from planning to execution

• Be prepared to actively participate in the physical aspects of the move, ensuring all tasks are completed as planned

• Utilize your skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to manage the project effectively

• Leverage your knowledge of IBM and About Time to streamline the move process

• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage the project in an efficient and flexible manner

• Handle budget processes relating to the move to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency

• Exhibit strong communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure everyone is kept updated

• Use your experience in construction to handle any related tasks during the move. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required.

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is necessary.

• Must have experience with CRM tools.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.

• Experience with IBM tools and software is a must.

• Prior usage of About Time software is important.

• Agile Scrum methodology knowledge is required.

• Understanding of Budget Processes is crucial.

• Excellent Communication skills are necessary.
