Credit Agricole America Services Inc. seeks Quality Assurance Compliance Officer in New York, NY responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions policies and procedures. Responsible for review of AML monitoring alerts to ensure that all activity is in compliance with Bank Secrecy Act/AML regulatory standards and to ensure that AML monitoring alerts are documented and escalated, as required. Conduct quality assurance reviews on Known you Customer (“KYC”) files to ensure completeness and compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements. Review of Sanctions Screening and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) alerts that are generated from nightly scrub against the sanctions and PEP lists. Work with the Head Office in Paris to ensure that the design of internal controls captures appropriate risks. Escalate anomalies to appropriate parties to ensure that the errors are remediated in a timely manner. Assist with recordkeeping and reporting of Compliance KPIs and KRIs. Participate in the consolidation of data and creation of reports to management to keep management informed on the results of the controls performed. Provide support to the Quality Assurance function on all AML and sanctions related controls. Local telecommuting permitted 2 days per week.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related financial crime compliance role. Must have 5 years of experience with all of the following: conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering regulatory standards; assessing OFAC sanctions risks; reviewing KYC files to ensure compliance with BSA/AML policies and verifying that financial crime risks within a KYC profile are appropriately assessed and mitigated; and assessing the quality of sanctions, AML and PEP alerts completed by first and second lines of defense.SALARY: $115,000 - $150,000 per yearTo apply, please send resume to CARecruitmentUS@ca-cib.com.
