JPMorgan Chase Quant Analytics Executive Director - Commercialization Analytics in New York, New York

As an Offers and Shopping Data & Analytics Director within the Consumer and Community Banking Data & Analytics organization, you will support advanced analytics projects across products, sales, operations and tech teams. You will lead the delivery of a wide range of advanced analytics including sales forecasting, budget management forecasting, pre/post campaign performance insights, exploratory analysis to identify sales and revenue opportunities, generating feature performance metrics and dashboards, and crafting data stories and presentations of key findings to stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with partners such as Sales, Operations, Products, Technology, Personalization & Insights, Machine Learning and Intelligence, Finance and other analytics teams across Connected Commerce.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to understand business needs and develop effective analytics solutions.

  • Lead the sales forecasting process, predicting campaign performance and budgets to enable effective communication between the sales team and merchants.

  • Lead analytics efforts for budget managements including identification/development of the budget management tool to ensure accurate budget delivery with minimal manual adjustments

  • Lead analytics to provide comprehensive pre- and post-campaign insights, including pre-sale insights, campaign lift reports, performance analysis.

  • Collaborate across functions and Lines of Business to drive Analytics and Insights.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing key insights and conclusions, often for executives, in regularly scheduled analytics meeting.

  • Partner closely and collaborate with data owners, product teams, and other analytics resources across multiple functional teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field is required, along with 10+ years of relevant experience.

  • Demonstrate people management and team-building skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience with data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning and other advanced analytics methods.

  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills; Ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way; "tell a story" with data to all levels of management and partners.

  • Must be proactive, results driven and have a proven track record of execution.

  • Exercise sound judgment; act with integrity; protect our company, clients and customers.

  • Entrepreneurial drive, ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently with relevant stakeholders to influence and gain buy-in across various job functions.

  • Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty and ambiguity, and proven ability to structure problems and develop analytical frameworks while addressing business and technical risks.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in ad tech analytics is a plus.
