Our client, a small and prestigious hedge fund, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in NYC. Responsibilities include developing strategic recruitment plans, creating job descriptions and specs, reviewing resumes, and scheduling and monitoring a high volume of candidate interviews to help facilitate offer acceptances. In addition, there will be the opportunity to develop and implement sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate can manage both ad-hoc recruiting projects and their overall recruitment function. - Bachelor's Degree, required
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- ESG industry experience preferred, financial services experience required
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is between $110k-140k on a base.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
