We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in a role focused on the processing of employer-related data.Responsibilities:Managing master data, including creation, updates and deletion.Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.Creates a strong pipeline of candidates to meet CHS recruitment needs.Responsible for finding, screening, and hiring candidates for a companyAssists with job posting and advertisement processesEvaluating changes, updates, and organizing data within multiple platforms.Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.Helping develop reports and analysis.Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources.Supporting the recruitment in identifying and revising reporting requirements.Generating reports from single or multiple systems.Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.Collaborates with (CHS) management to develop and support recruitment data strategy.Develops professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.Provides periodic and ad-hoc reports on recruitment metrics inclusive of vacancy rate, recording data, etc.Responsible for reconciling data reports and results.Ensure all entered data are accurate and complete.Create specialized reports following the instructions of requesters.Maintaining data integrity by backing up files and storing them securely.Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources department.Participating in Recruitment department efforts.Posting jobs and organizing resumes and job applications.Pro-actively recruits both active and passive candidates Complete quality improvement projects based on data trends.Act as curator of new datasets, documenting and performing quality checks.Department Preferred Skills:Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic communications tools: internet and email, PeopleSoft.Experienced recruitment backgroundSolid time management skills and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.Extremely qualified in being detailed, organized, and managing multiple reports.High-level written and verbal communication skills.Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.Ability to work with others from entry level to senior level personnel.Fast computer typing skills.Experience or desire to work in healthcare settingRequirements:Associates Degree or higher preferred.Two years in Data Entry Position Location: Manhattan, NY In office (Monday - Friday 9:00a- 5:00p) Temporary Position HOW TO APPLYIf you wish to apply for this position, please apply online by clicking the "Apply Now" button or Please submit your resume to CHSrecruit@nychhc.org and include the following in the subject line Dept of Labor (I
