Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a HR Coordinator in New York. This role will primarily involve recruitment coordination, alongside various HR tasks, within the telecom industry. The successful candidate will be able to work in a hybrid schedule, with 2 days in the office and 3 days home.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment operations, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.

• Utilize various HR tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, and Greenhouse for recruitment and HR tasks.

• Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process.

• Participate in compensation administration and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Engage in corporate recruiting, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.

• Perform various HR tasks as required, including benefits functions and compliance checks.

• Maintain accurate records of all HR activities.

• Address and resolve any HR-related inquiries or issues. Requirements • Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience in using Ceridian and HRMS

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Ability to conduct Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Comprehensive knowledge of Compliance regulations and procedures

• Experience in Corporate Recruiting

• Proficiency in using Greenhouse recruiting software
