We currently have an immediate need for a Relationship Manager to join Revenue GPS our Equities Performance – Data & Analytics practice in New York. This role will join a highly productive global team of industry experts with a particular focus on the Equities industry. In our team-based work environment, your contributions will have meaningful impact on the business decisions made by our clients’ senior leaders and C- level management.
The Equities Performance team is responsible for analyzing our proprietary quarterly industry performance data, identifying insights for clients regarding overall industry trends, client specific recommendations and growth opportunities. This position will be responsible for owning and developing a set of client relationships, delivering insights to Equities businesses across the industry’s leading sell-side firms. Working in our global team, the successful candidate will contribute to strategy and planning consulting projects for these clients to help them improve the performance of their equities businesses.
What the day will look like
Independently managing and developing bank and brokerage firm relationships to sell and deliver data analytics, including market share insights and related projects.
Delivering quarterly analytics, including advising clients on trends, performance and best practices
Researching existing and emerging trends in banking and capital markets and our clients’ business
Structuring and delivering consulting engagements that leverage McLagan’s proprietary data and analytics to solve client growth and profitability challenges
Developing new service offerings that meet the industry’s evolving needs
Actively engaging with our data & analytics to identify the story and communicate key findings to clients
Partnering with our Human Capital Solutions team to integrate a complementary consulting offering
Mentoring and providing guidance to Analysts and Senior Analysts within our group
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Bachelors and/or Masters in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or other relevant field of study, with proven academic excellence
5+ years of relationship management/consulting experience in banking, capital markets or broader financial services industry (previous Institutional Equities experience a plus)
Strong data analytical skills including deriving meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and on a team while handling multiple projects
Excellent presentation skills including strong verbal and written communication
Quick learner, independent thinker, entrepreneurial mindset
Creative and proactive problem-solving skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Derivatives knowledge / experience a plus
Education: Bachelor’s and/or Masters in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or other relevant field of study, with proven academic excellence

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $100,000 - $150,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
