Broadridge Financial Solutions Lead Salesforce Administrator - Hybrid (Flexible Options) in New York, New York

Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Administrator to join our team based out of our New York office. This roles responsibility is in the refinement and maintenance of the Salesforce platform by both managing the admin team and actively participating to learn the library of features in use, compliance with our governance protocol, delivery of cases in a timely manner according to our SLAs and ensuring growth of key features to support Broadridges use of Salesforce.com and connected applications globally.

We are seeking candidates who are motivated by creating scalable and innovative solutions, best-in-class technical design, and intuitive applications for business users. Success in this role will be based on your ability to solve complex business problems both independently and in collaboration with multi-functional teams, and to see projects through from inception to delivery, and successful adoption thereafter. A strong focus will be on the training and adoption of features, with the ability to track and develop improvements as new functionality is released or common pain points are solved.

Hybrid (flexible options): We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Solve complex business challenges through well-designed, scalable solutions that do not require high admin overhead, are not error prone

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of business needs, articulate up and downstream impacts, and proactively seek input from business partners where needed

  • Proactively bring best practices to ensure optimal platform performance and sophisticated technical architecture frameworks

  • Identify patterns with feature adoption, drive requirements to improve, and oversee rollout and training

  • Consistently execute recurring data updates and/ or imports

  • Execute analysis of current state processes, documentation (BRD, Technical, Job Aids, Training Guides) to ensure the latest is always available and in use

  • Manage admin team, including offshore resources

  • Propose and lead training sessions when adoption is lacking

  • Independently author proposals and solutions for net new capabilities to serve in support for downstream development and admin activities, included but not limited to BRDs, Process Flows, Wireframes, and Proofs of Concept

  • Evaluate third party/vendor solution proposals for fit with existing platform features and functionality

  • Management/ oversight of case queue to ensure team SLAs are met and new ideas are proactively transferred to dev team

  • Design and execute integrations against third party or proprietary databases with best practice for end-to-end data governance

  • Communication in service of project managements updates, business user support and training, technology partner collaboration

  • Post-implementation admin training, adoption monitoring, backlog management, prioritization and delivery of enhancements

Experience/Qualifications

  • Salesforce.com Certification, preferably Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Sales & Service Cloud Consultant

  • Delivery of Salesforce.com automation and custom features that directly served a business need, experience leading 3+ transformative initiatives preferred

  • Experience in Salesforce.com Sales Cloud core configuration, Flow Configuration, Data Loader, Excel required

  • Familiarity managing hybrid team, preferred

  • Experience in Platform Events, Sandbox Management, DevOps, Snapshots, SFDC Analytics, Marketing Cloud, JIRA, Project Management, Mobile, Eloqua, OwnBackup, Outlook Integration, Service Cloud, preferred

  • SOQL, Talend, HTML, Apex, Javascript, LX web components and exposure or experience with the latest tooling for Salesforce.com optimization all a plus

  • Experience with implementations support a SaaS/subscription business preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $105,000-$125,000 annually depending on experience

  • Bonus Eligibility: Annual bonus
