Seasonal Customer Service Associates Needed! (Retail Services)

Seasonal Contract

Core Experience:

• Must have Open Availability; ability to work a 7/8 hr shift between 9AM-9PM (Weekend availability is a must)

• 1+ years off customer service experience in a retail environment

• CASHIER EXPERIENCE A MUST

• MUST be available to work 4th of july - new product launch / very busy

• At least a high school diploma or GED is required

• Working knowledge of video gaming products and/or services is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and represent the company at a public level

A Day in the Role:

• Provide customer service to customers at a busy gaming store in NYC

• Assist customers in purchase of Nintendo branded merchandise and products

• Provide customers with product information and demonstrations

• Recommend products to meet customers needs

• Perform cash register and merchandise restock duties

  Work environment:

• Retail environment, must approach customers to assist with merchandise, must be personable and reliable

• Looking for candidates that have full weekend availability, and at least three days of weekday availability. Store hours are from 10AM-8PM, so the shifts range between 10 o'clock and 9 o'clock.

4 days a week / 7 hours shifts. On average associates will work 28-30 hours, some 35 hours

Sales floor Associate

9am-6pm

10am-7pm

11am - 8pm

12pm - 9pm
