Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Computer Science or similar analytical discipline. and a minimum of eight (8) years of related experiences. or

• Master's Degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or similar analytical discipline. and a minimum of six (6) years of related experiences.

Preferred Education/Experience

• Master's Degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or similar analytical discipline. and a minimum of six (6) years of related experiences.

Relevant Work Experience

• 2 years (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience. Required

• Experience managing financials (e.g. project, contracts). Required

• 5) years of experience implementing either Business or Information Technology projects or programs, or demonstrate a proven ability to manage process improvement projects through to successful completion. Required

• 2 years (2) years of experience in developing employees and effective teams. Required

• (5) years experience working with business organizations on business and technology solutions. Required

• Experience in a business analysis capacity, e.g. business management, technology analysis/development, finance, audit, budget/cost management, planning/forecasting, scheduling, consulting or corporate shared service function. Preferred

• Experience working in a project or program management office (PMO), in an auditing or quality assurance role. Preferred

• Experience participating in a rate case. Preferred
