In NEW YORK, NY: Our client - a premier litigation boutique dedicated to serving the investment management industry - is seeking an experienced COMMERCIAL LITIGATION PARALEGAL on an ongoing, contract basis (3+ months, potentially). The ideal candidate will have NY Federal and State trial experience and 4+ years of paralegal experience. Responsibilities include managing e-discovery, preparing and organizing exhibits, preparing witness binders, and drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other case materials. Prior big law experience is a plus, and true TRIAL EXPOSURE is needed to pursue this role (minimal overtime, but the fundamental experience needed).
