The Co-brand Partnerships team is a high impact group within U.S. Consumer Services’ Product Management and Lending organization, responsible for developing and managing strategic consumer co-brand card products and partnerships with the world’s major airlines, hotel chains, and financial institutions. This Senior Analyst role will join the Financial Services Institutions (FSI) Co-brand Product Management Team within the broader Co-brand Partnerships organization and support the portfolio’s day-to-day while delivering strategies that drive future growth and greater value for our Card Members.

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Senior Analyst will support end-to-end management of Financial Services Institution (FSI) card portfolios (including unique versions of Platinum and bespoke credit card products). Furthermore, the Senior Analyst will manage elements of the day-to-day relationship (TLM, servicing escalations, issue resolution) and will be responsible for helping to develop strategic perspectives and recommendations for longer term opportunities with partners. This role will blend relationship management, product management, operations, servicing, analytics, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day relationships with external FSI partners

  • Manage portfolio performance reporting to track portfolio trends, inform key stakeholders, internal and external, to inform go-forward opportunities

  • Champion portfolio operational excellence, TLM, and risk processes, ensuring compliant operations

  • Oversee end-to-end partner payments process and portfolio budgets

  • Serve as the key contact for servicing to monitor complaints and drive issues to timely resolution

  • Collaborate with internal partners including Marketing, Compliance, GCO, Servicing, and Operational Excellence to drive portfolio growth and maintain sound operations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical mindset, comfort with using data, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

  • Demonstrated ability to assess business needs, identify solutions, and implement them seamlessly

  • Strong organization, communication and project management skills

  • Proven track record of spearheading workstreams autonomously and driving projects to completion across teams and at all levels

  • Ability to build and influence positive relationships with internal and external partners

  • Strong collaborator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to support projects beyond immediate job scope

  • Positive attitude, flexible/proactive workstyle, and customer-first mindset

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • 1-3 years of work experience in Finance, Data Analytics, and/or Product management preferred

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
