Kroll, LLC Senior Associate, Data Insights and Forensics in New York, New York

We are looking for a Senior Associate to support our Data Insights and Forensics team. As a Senior Associate you will provide management, business consulting, and technology consulting to Global 1000 clients on a wide range of projects, including contract management, matter management/eBilling, and IP management. Kroll's Information Management and Governance practice assists corporate legal departments, law firms and governmental agencies improve business performance, spend management and organizational effectiveness on a sustainable basis through services that focus on Contract Management, Information Lifecycle Management, Innovation Asset Management and Legal Operations.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain expertise with IP Management Software
  • Function as subject matter expert in patent, trademark and other IP processes.
  • Participate in the design, development, testing and delivery of solutions as required.
  • Develop client relationships, maximizing growth and revenue opportunity.
  • Ensure the use of standardized methodologies
  • Coordinate internal team communication and activities
  • Participate in the creation and delivery of proposals, RFP's and other client facing communications and presentations.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including onsite demos and proof of concept projects.
  • Develop and maintain IP expertise related to manner of practice, market conditions and customer needs.

Essential Traits:
  • You have a bachelor's degree
  • You have proven analytical and quantitative skills
  • You have strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • You can work on complex problems, demonstrating good judgment in the selection of solutions.
  • You have demonstrated organizational and project management skills
  • You can interact with various levels within the organization including senior leadership.
  • You have three or more years of Intellectual Property experience
  • You have process optimization and documentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • You have three or more years' experience configuring software applications and solutions preferred
  • Knowledge of electronic invoicing preferred

The current New York salary range for this position is $70, 000 - $150, 000.
