Description

This role is responsible for working collaboratively across internal teams to deliver assets adapted from global and regional teams into online assets that adhere to the specifics required by the assigned retailers. The successful candidate is able to influence and provide input into the upstream creative processes at the global and regional level in order to drive digital⁃first asset creation.

• Produce ready⁃for⁃use assets that meet the detailed requirements as outlined by the assigned retailer, ensuring that all commercial elements are addressed and brand standards are upheld

• Create designs with a focus on improving the consumer experience, ultimately driving conversion

• Actively participate in the creative process, in partnership with the brand team, in order to rapidly execute design iterations based on feedback and evolving retailer needs

• Collaborate with brand creative teams to co⁃create guidelines for retailer assets to streamline delivery and enhance quality

• Manage and prioritize projects across multiple brands, in a fast⁃paced and high⁃volume environment

Qualifications

• BS/BA required

• 3⁃4 years of digital design experience, including mobile and web

• Strong attention to detail, eye for design

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal

• Experience working in a cross⁃functional, highly collaborative environment
