Summary

The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding business relationships for a portfolio of midsized to large complex businesses and provides a full range of banking services to these relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses, individuals and other entities, acting as their primary point of contact for all banking needs.

  • Deposit and Loan Structuring: Proactively identify and structure deposit and loan products that meet the unique financial requirements of clients, including complex relationships.

  • Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of deposit and loan relationships, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Specialized Banking: Provide expert guidance and support to clients involved in complex business models addressing their specific banking needs and challenges.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior bankers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

  • Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities and expand the bank's client base within the targeted market segment.

  • Other: Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include

  • Bachelor (4-year college) degree

  • 6-8 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • In-depth knowledge of deposit and loan products, risk management, and regulatory compliance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
