Gemini Space Station Senior Machine Learning Engineer in New York, New York

Gemini Space Station seeks Senior Machine Learning Engineer in New York, NY.Duties: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns for feature engineering, trends, and anomalies in the market. Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models to optimize across fraud, crypto exchange trading, anti-money laundering, and NFTs. Develop predictive models that can be used for decision-making. Collaborate with software developer sand stakeholders to design and implement machine learning systems that can improve the speed and accuracy of the machine learning models. Monitor and analyze the performance of our machine learning models and systems and make necessary improvements to ensure their effectiveness. Work on the Analytics team, which is central to all of Gemini’s business functions and drives many of the company’s most important decisions. Advise and influence cross-functional projects. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns for feature engineering, trends, and anomalies in the market and develop predictive models. Solve diverse and complex business problems using machine learning, analytics, and data science. Utilize expert knowledge with classical machine learning across supervised and unsupervised learning, and with Transformers, Generative AI, and Deep Learning. Position based at headquarters and may be assigned to unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. as determined by management. Telecommuting permitted.Minimum Requirements: This position requires a Master’s degree Computer Science, Statistics, Electronic Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent), and four (4) years of experience in the job offered, as a Data Scientist, Data Scientist Intern, or related occupation. This position requires 4 years of experience with each of the following skills:1.Analytics and data science focusing on business problems. 2.Deploying statistical and machine learning models in production. 3.Designing, developing, and implementing machine learning and AI models. 4.Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns for feature engineering, trends, and anomalies in the market and develop predictive models.5.Programming languages, such as Python and SQL. 6.Transformers, Generative AI, and Deep Learning. 7.One or more big data tools and technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, S3, EKS, AWS, Hadoop, or Spark.Employment and background checks may be required.$163,238-$213,000 per year.
