Kroll, LLC Senior Marketing Associate in New York, New York

We are seeking a driven marketing professional with a proven track record in event management to elevate our brand and drive lead generation. With a minimum of five years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as tech, professional services, or financial services, you will be instrumental in shaping our event strategy and delivering measurable results.

Note: This position is a hybrid position and will be located in our New York office.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Strategic Event Leadership:
    • Conceptualize and execute high-impact events, aligning with sales and marketing goals.
    • Craft immersive brand experiences that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our company's capabilities.
    • Oversee event logistics from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and cost-efficiency.
  • Salesforce Mastery:
    • Leverage Salesforce to track event registrations, attendance, and lead generation, providing accurate data and insights.
    • Create and manage event campaigns in Salesforce, tracking leads throughout the sales funnel.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead nurturing strategies using Salesforce to drive follow-up actions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing events and content, collaborating with marketing teams to enhance the customer journey.
    • Partner with Business Unit Marketing leads and global colleagues on key marketing initiatives.
    • Build strategic partnerships to co-create impactful joint events with multiple service lines.
  • Data-Driven Optimization:
    • Establish key event performance indicators (KPIs) to measure attendee engagement, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
    • Analyze event data within Salesforce to uncover trends, optimize future events, and quantify the impact on sales and revenue.


Essential traits:
  • Experience:
    • 5 years of demonstrated success in marketing and event management, ideally within a professional services or financial services setting.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce, including lead management, campaign creation, and reporting.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from Salesforce data.
    • Proven ability to manage a centralized event calendar, research sponsorships, and promote events across various channels.
    • A self-starter mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

The current salary range for this position is $60, 000 to $150, 000
