Job Position: Senior .NET/SQL Server Developer with Dynamics 365 ExperiencePay Rate: $90 to $110Schedule: Full-Time (>50% client on-site travel requirement)Location: New York CityKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize .NET and SQL Server solutions, ensuring alignment with all project requirements.Expertly manage Dynamics 365 to customize and expand the platform according to business needs.Lead migration efforts from "Natural" mainframe language to newer technology frameworks, ensuring a seamless transition.Collaborate with project teams to define project scopes and deliverables, converting complex requirements into actionable system architectures and designs.Enhance and maintain existing software applications, focusing on improving performance, reliability, and scalability.Document all systems developed and provide detailed technical guidance and troubleshooting support.Engage in all development lifecycle phases, from initial planning and design to implementation and ongoing maintenance.Qualifications:At least 4-7 years of proven experience as a .NET Developer with a strong command of SQL Server.Significant experience in configuring and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.Experience with "Natural" programming language is highly desirable.Demonstrated involvement in large-scale enterprise projects, particularly in digital transformation and modernization.Outstanding communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for various audiences.Proven ability to collaborate effectively and deliver projects within tight deadlines.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of additional technologies such as Azure, SharePoint, or other components of the Microsoft technology stack is an asset.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach to technical challenges.
