Progyny, Inc. Senior Product Manager, Member Experience in New York, New York

The Senior Product Manager, Member Experience, will report to the Sr. Director, Product, Member Experience and be responsible for leading the design and execution of Progyny's digital member experience, owning the Progyny app and member web portal. You will collaborate closely with product leads responsible for our family building and women's health products and the data and analytics team. You will partner cross-organizationally to deliver an exceptional member experience that derives high engagement, strong user satisfaction, and improved member outcomes.

What you'll do...

  • Partner with design and engineering teams to ideate, prioritize, and develop solutions that will drive increased engagement and utilization of our app and web portal.

  • Prioritize the roadmap for the digital experience, with support of direct manager and aligning with key stakeholders across the organization.

  • Drive digital measurement plan and report on overall digital KPIs as well as performance of newly released features and functionality.

  • Identify new opportunities for our digital experience and engage in research to support a business proposal to move forward.

  • Engage in continuous discovery and member feedback to continuously learn and improve our digital member experience.

  • Collaborate and drive alignment across the product team and key business stakeholders.

About you...

  • 5+ years of experience in product management for consumer digital experiences (app and web)

  • Experience in healthcare is strongly preferred, but not required

  • Exceptional team player who embraces ambiguity and takes initiative to anticipate and solve problems

  • Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholder needs with business priorities, and drive trade-offs

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage large projects cross-functionally and translate digital investment into business benefits.

  • Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with time-management skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to multitask.

  • Must be driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others.

  • Experience with scrum engineering practices for software development

  • Experience with product, design and project management tools such as Jira, Miro, Figma, Product Board, etc.

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, MixPanel, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or business analytics field preferred

  • Resilient and passionate, understanding that change is constant and having the ability to adapt with a positive attitude.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $120,000 - $130,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
