Description:

A leading retail client is looking for an Sr. Strategy & Operations Associate to support the CEO. The Sr. Strategy & Operations Associate will help to support by

providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, facilitating communication,

and ensuring smooth operations of the executive office. This role will also support strategic

initiatives and strategic planning as a critical role within the Strategy & Business Operations

function. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and be capable of

anticipating the needs of a fast-paced, high-profile executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

o Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings,

appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure correct attendees are included

on any meetings and the CEO is properly prepared with materials etc. in

advance.

o Act as the gatekeeper, screening phone calls, emails, and other correspondence,

ensuring that only important communications reach the CEO.

o Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and reports as needed.

o Coordinate and assist with preparation for Board of Directors meetings,

leadership team meetings, and key internal and external events.

Travel & Event Coordination:

o Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, including booking flights,

accommodations, transportation, and restaurant reservations.

Communication & Liaison:

o Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all

matters pertaining to the CEO, including clients, partners, and team members.

o Draft, proofread, and edit documents, emails, reports, and presentations on

behalf of the CEO.

o Facilitate communication between the CEO and various departments within the

organization, ensuring smooth information flow as it relates to scheduling needs.

Project Management:

o Support special projects or initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring deadlines

and expectations are met.

o Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making and

strategy development i.e. meeting attendees, competitive research, etc. when

needed.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

o Assist in preparation of materials for the Board of Directors

o Support Strategy & Business Operations leadership in development of strategic

plans and execution work plans

o Drive key initiatives and special projects from conception to completion

Luxury Retail Industry Awareness:

o Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and key events in the

luxury retail sector, providing the CEO with relevant updates.

o Manage relationships with high-profile clients, influencers, and key stakeholders,

maintaining the brands reputation for excellence.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Consultant or Assistant supporting

C-Suite Executives in a Chief of Staff capacity. Experience with calendar

management required.

o Experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize

workload.

o Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to

communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.

o High level of proficiency with business tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, GSuite).

o Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

o Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.

o Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

o Ability to influence and drive organizational change, especially in matrixed or

complex environments - Experience in the Retail and/or luxury industry null
