Job Description Summary

Responsible for the overall C&W Global Occupier Technical Services for North America. Develops a thorough understanding of client's business strategies and aligns Technical Services to support those objectives. Responsible leadership of the Technical Services Platform which includes: Critical Environments Platform, Building Engineering including Stationary and Mobile Engineering & Energy Platforms.

Job Description

  • Demonstrates a Client-Driven approach by marshaling the resources across all core capabilities and corporate functions to ensure superior service to both internal and external clients for all Technical Services.
  • Create community of practice of technical resource leaders across GOS business to drive consistency, training, and auditability to service delivery.
  • Develop the growth strategy for Technical Services within C&W.
  • Supports new business opportunities with an emphasis on strategically identified target clients
  • Aligns technology requirements, business intelligence reporting, predictive and prescriptive analytics to the changing needs of the marketplace with C&W IT support.
  • Ensures a high level of client satisfaction, establishing and managing the service delivery and vendor teams, delivering key initiatives and well as ensuring consistency in processes, reporting and operational delivery.
  • Updates senior management on issues relative to each account and presents solutions.
  • Establish the vision and strategy of the Technical Services account plans and ensuring the clients receive exceptional service.
  • Consults with customers on changing industry trends/projections/budget planning/etc.
  • Identifies opportunities for delivery, service quality, innovation and process improvement in technical services on an on-going basis.
  • Manage and enhance a sustainable performance measurements for internal benchmarking and identify industry data to leverage for external benchmarking.
  • Actively manage and mentor future leadership and management of the organization. Work to identify top talent and focus on the development and retention of these key players.
  • Supports sales and marketing efforts to secure new business. Works as part of business development team to develop service delivery strategies, structure service delivery model, alternative pricing and identify team members and lead multi-disciplinary team preparing responses to RFPs and presentations.
  • Responsible for budgeting for Technical Services
  • Work with teams to design reporting products to meet the client's unique requirements
  • Implement standard processes and best practices that maximize efficiencies

Requirements

  • BA degree required, Advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 15+ years in Facilities management, technical services and/or engineering experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Strong competency in strategic planning, execution and business acumen
  • Familiarity with accounting concepts required
  • Computer: Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, including ability to perform Internet based research
  • Experience with high-level, complex transaction management including experience in contract management/compliance
  • Expert level Presentation skills
  • Competency in Resource Allocation and Implementation
  • Accomplished relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities required
  • Experience in running meetings in a professional and efficient manner
  • Team strategic development and leadership experience

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $212,500.00 - $250,000.00
