Ensure service availability is best in class by providing full visibility and observability on messaging business uptime, brands analytics and insights in a fully automated self-service software. Design reviews for all key and complex designs and lead in research and development of open source and custom code. Drive technical backlog creation and lead roadmap for technical components in team. Inspire the team on technical topics, standards, and abilities. Create, build, and design full AI bot which will serve the entire LP Organization. Partner closely with leaders across LivePerson to drive a culture of operational excellence by providing data driven insights as well as design, write, and deliver solutions for all developers to utilize. Position is fixed location based in New York, NY office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.Job Requirements:Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience as a Software Developer or in a similar role requiring experience in software development.
