Job Description
This role will be crucial to keeping our eyes on the horizon for emerging partners, industry trends, competitive insights, and more. The Specialist will join a growing team responsible for identifying key growth opportunities that you recommend be evaluated as potential solutions for APEX.
You will be a key member of the Product Strategy & Solutions team, supporting the Solutions Team on various aspects of business planning and Solution creation plus working with stakeholders across Grope Media Solutions, Investment, Activation, and Insights to identify potential gaps or client challenges that can be addressed through new products and partnerships. You will meet with vendors across the advertising industry to keep up to date with the latest capabilities across channels and industry trends.
In addition to supporting our analysis of the marketplace, this role will share key insights, recommendations, and updates with our executive team.
You will report to Senior Vice President, Product Strategy & Solutions

Responsibilities:
Develop and consistently fine tune our analysis of spend in the marketplace, adoption of new formats or solutions, and notable M&A activity.
Help inform our product steering by supporting our efforts to monitor the convergence of supply and solutions across video, audio, display, social and out of home.
Investigate consumer trends alongside our Research & Insights Team in support of how we construct our supply packages and market our Solutions
Consistently review go-to-market materials and update with the latest research and marketplace insights from Research & Insights team.
Develop strong cross-departmental relationships and adapt processes/feedback loops to encourage product collaboration across media channels.
Work with Activation Team to analyze RFPs and monitor consistent trends across won and lost opportunities.
Assist in the creation of internal resource documents and process documentation for new Solutions
Contribute towards reporting and insights that inform team/business structure decisions.
Consistently join team-wide meetings, taking note of market and client feedback on Solutions.
Assist in the creation of product slides for team-wide status meetings.
Meet with and provide an evaluation of external advertising technology companies, noting where their capabilities may help enhance our Solutions
When appropriate, support QBRs with product-level reporting and interpreting data to provide product optimization suggestions.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in media in an analytical or data-driven role.
A bachelor's degree (preferably in a relevant field of study)
Systems & software proficiency (Salesforce, PowerPoint, automation tools, data visualization tools, etc.)
Proficiency in understanding data and systems across a wide array of research tools.
Allowing you to facilitate conversations both internally across teams and externally with representatives from companies across our industry
Exceptional presentation skills showcasing your ability to interpret data and identify key themes.

Compensation Range: $58,500 - $88,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
