Description

Amazon Ads is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our customers (advertisers, agencies, partners). Our ad solutions leverage Amazon’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. If you’re interested in joining a team working to build a unique, truly innovative advertising group with a relentless focus on the customer, you’ve come to the right place. Our International Expansion (IX) program is committed to transforming the depth, scale, and reach of our Ads offering worldwide. The environment is very fast-paced, and requires someone who is highly enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams across multiple countries.

We are seeking a GTM Specialist focused on accelerating our growth internationally through agencies. This will have an outsized focus on working with agencies to drive adoption of our AdTech stack. The selected candidate will work closely with global product teams to understand the availability, roadmaps, and efficacy of our ad products at a detailed level to translate how local agencies can lean into AdTech adoption with Amazon. They will also work closely with local teams to analyze in-country resource requirements, incentives, and any other headwinds we may face to driving adoption and escalate these to global stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of how agencies operate their business and internal tech stacks with proven expertise in building and growing scalable programs.
