About the Internship:

PA Studio is the Port Authority’s in-house Creative Agency. We are the sights and sounds of everything happening across our very busy footprint. With core outputs of graphic design, photography and videography, our focus is putting the Port Authority in the best light. We are the experts on the Port Authority brand and how that visually translates internally and externally to our customers. A position in the PA Studio is guaranteed to keep you creatively active and on the go.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and facilitate organization of photo/video shoots including equipmentselection and preparation.

• Capture high quality photo and video of events, projects and other assignments.

• Edit assets as needed.

• Manage and organize digital files, ensure they are archived and distributed according to the workflow.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Enrollment at a college/university through Summer 2025 and into the Fall 2025 semester

• Major in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field

• Note: candidates must submit a portfolio demonstrating creativity, design, and production skills

Desired:

• Experience with photography, videography, video editing, retouching, database management, Adobe CS

• Familiarity with project manage software like Wrike, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook, or the willingness to learn.

• Proficient with Canon cameras or similar

• Functional in Adobe Creative Suite

• Good eye for composition

• Team player, open to both learning and presenting new ideas

Internship Details

• The start date will be Thursday, May 29, 2025

• The internship will last approximately 12 weeks, ending on Friday, August 22, 2025

• This is a full-time internship (5 days per week at 7.25 hours per day)

• The format is expected to be hybrid

Compensation & Benefits

• The hourly rate range is $17.63 to $29.57 (the exact rate will be determined by internship type and rising school year)
