TEKsystems Tailor-Made Specialist in New York, New York

Tailor-Made Design Specialist (photoshop) | FULLTIME | Onsite 5 days a week in Manhattan!

Our client, a Luxury Motor Company, is looking to bring in a Tailor-Made Specialist to support the development of the Personalization business related to the Atelier and Tailor-Made aspects of their Showroom, ensuring the achievement of the defined targets and responsible for providing the ultimate luxury experience for their clients. Although the “art” in the Tailor-Made Specialist role is a sophisticated, high-level, luxurious client consultation experience, on the back end, it is just as important to maintain a high level of operational detail and reporting all the while respecting internal KPIs. This person will be developing and maintaining relationships with their high-end cliental, so being comfortable with communicating with clients is highly important to succeed in this role!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily the maintenance and supply of materials for the Atelier and Tailor-Made programs.

  • Monitor the feasibility of the Client requests and develop possible new elements of personalization based on the collected feedback from their clients.

  • Conduct client appointments bringing requested designs to life through Photoshop.

  • Monthly analysis of visits to the 410 Park Showroom and related KPIs with particular reference to turnover and the deviation from the defined objectives

  • Facilitate a strong, process-oriented operational workflow that ensures successful Atelier and Tailor-Made order completion from the initial order submission to the detailed weekly analysis of new and pending orders to be provided to the Tailor-Made team in Italy via highly accurate reporting.

  • Continuous process improvement together with the Tailor-Made team in Italy

  • Ensure that potential prospects are handled in a professional manner and that the lead generation system is used, and prospects are passed on to the dealers in a timely manner for immediate follow-up.

  • Monitor activity within the Showroom to observe quality of customer service assistance and make improvements as needed.

  • Support events, working with the FNA Marketing team, to promote product launches that bring value to the dealer network and be able to demonstrate growth year-on-year related to this support provided to the dealer network.

  • Maintain professional product displays and store layouts to promote the luxury/exclusivity of the brand.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Top Skill Details:

  • 1-3 years' experience working in retail, hospitality, or any consumer facing role (internships are also welcome!)

  • Strong experience with Photoshop - you will be crafting custom visuals for high-end cliental!

  • Strong communication skills with experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients
