Description:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team! Your primary responsibility will be to partner with the Manager of People Operations and the NoGood team in the full-cycle recruitment process for domestic and international hiring. Our ideal teammate thrives on finding and matching people’s talents, potential, and personalities with current NoGood opportunities, and can quickly gain credibility with candidates from various fields and backgrounds.
In addition to recruiting, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play an important role in employee engagement and culture in our New York office and with our larger remote team by participating and executing on culture and engagement initiatives. Examples include team onsites & offsites, happy hours, celebrations, swag, and more.
You Have:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and/or human resources experience (ad tech, product, and marketing focused), in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience hiring for marketing, creative, and technical positions
Knowledge of recruiting best practices and the application of sourcing and applicant tracking tools
Experience in human resources/people operations and have developed a fundamental understanding of best practices including compliance and confidentiality
The ability to multi-task across many roles and demands, including handling various administrative tasks
Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
The ability to approach talent acquisition from a strategic level, ensuring the best possible fit for each role
A mindset that accepts, processes, and adapts quickly to constructive feedback
Strong self-management, drive, and organization
Excellent judgment of people’s motivations, potential, and fit
Experience operating with discretion and professionalism
Humility and a desire to learn and improve every day
You Will Work On:
Partnering with the Manager of People Operations and hiring managers to drive the full recruiting process, from sourcing candidates through offer acceptance. Priority emphasis on technical hiring (marketing, creative, tech)
Guiding new employees through the onboarding process, including coordinating the development of their 30, 60, and 90-day plans, first-week schedules, and applicable new hire documentation
Ensuring every candidate has an amazing experience throughout the hiring process, from first contact through to the start date
Proactively maintain a broad and deep network of prospective candidates from which to source
Tracking and measuring recruiting metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities
Acting as an ambassador of the NoGood brand and mission in both internal and external interactions including virtual happy hours, team onsites and offsite events
Acting as an example of NoGood’s values, and partnering with leadership in the consistent development of events and team initiatives
Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees
Managing People Operations workflows and employee documentation

For candidates in the New York City area, this role is expected to work on-site on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The salary for this role is commensurate with experience and ranges from $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
