Our US Compliance function helps business leaders and internal partners fulfill their regulatory compliance responsibilities and achieve their business goals. Together with the business, US Compliance helps manage and mitigate regulatory compliance risk while building a strong, innovative and relationship-oriented bank, to protect CIBC's reputation and brand, and to help CIBC succeed in its vision. US Compliance strives to do so in a manner that is consistent with CIBC's values of trust, teamwork and accountability.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting records management activities;

  • Performing quality assurance review of procedures;

  • Inputting regulatory obligations and controls into management information systems;

  • Developing dashboard reports, job aids and other training materials;

  • Supporting artificial intelligence proof of concept initiatives; and

  • Supporting other initiatives and projects as required.

Who You Are

  • 3.0 GPA minimum

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package.  This role has an expected hourly rate of $25.00 per hour for the State of Illinois market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position.
