JPMorgan Chase Vice President - Merchant Implementation and Success Manager, Digital Payments in New York, New York

As a Vice President - Merchant Implementation and Success Manager in the Digital Payments team, you will be the main point-of-contact for integrations with our prospects and clients. You will manage and have a deep understanding of the intricacies and nuances of each client integration, ensuring a seamless and elegant integration. You will share insights of key metrics to all parties, suggest improvement opportunities, and keep up to date with the competitive landscape. You will also be responsible for articulating and evangelizing the strategic vision of the product

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, roadmap, technical implementation, operations, and reporting.

  • Manages operating model - responsible for documentation, implementation, and ongoing strategy and planning for agile ceremonies (core and sprint), stakeholder forums, semi-annual off-site, all hands celebrations, product/quad stand up.

  • Manages key executive and stakeholder updates - responsible for leading material planning and creation in partnership with Product team and extended Quad, e.g., stakeholder forums, business unit reviews (BURs), and other executive updates.

  • Proven success in collaborating, influencing and driving decisions with multiple stakeholders, including team members across product, technology, design, and data and analytics

  • Proactively identifies opportunities to help amplify our work across the organization and drive partnership with LOBs and Product teams.

  • Collaborates with POs, Agility Leads, Engineering Leads, and Design in ceremonies to confirm impacts and scope across teams, and sprint sequencing.

  • Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 7+ years of experience in digital, program management, product management, and Agile practices and principles.

  • Experience or understanding of digital and mobile payments including online payments including wallets, BNPL, merchant acquiring & processing

  • Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view and build coalition.

  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of APIs, open Banking and engineering practices.
