What the day will look like

As a member of Aon's M&A and Transaction Solutions (“AMATS”) team, you will be expected to primarily build new business activity across the group by:

  • Improving efficiency

  • Personally contributing to client leadership

  • Building data & analytic platforms to facilitate new business and stronger execution of our sales strategies

  • Develop and complete critical projects to enable growth.

  • Increase referrals from the professional advisor channel focusing on law firms, accounting firms, investment banks and similar centers of influence.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Consulting skills: Identifies client needs and clearly articulates the problem to be solved; recognizes challenges and barriers to solving them and assembles internal resources to achieve the desired client outcome.

  • Analytical skills: Harnesses AMATS data to drive insights and actions

  • Organization skills: Managing and tracking significant data that is constantly evolving to drive actions from Aon colleagues

  • Prior work experience with indirect marketing/sales for professional advisors is a plus

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position is $108,900 to $160,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
