Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President (VP) of Product Management to lead our team responsible for Media Mix Modelling solutions (collect, model, analyze, optimize) powering the Publicis Operating System.

You will report to Executive Vice President, Product Management.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for Media Mix Modelling aligned with the company's mission, values, and business objectives.

  • Drive the overall vision for Media Mix Modelling, setting the standard for design excellence and innovation.

  • Define and execute the product roadmap, considering market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of product managers, researchers, and engineers.

  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product management organization.

  • Provide strategic direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members

Innovation and Research:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to Media Mix Modelling and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team.

  • Collaborate closely with Groupe internal departments and client teams to understand their needs and requirements.

  • Define prototypes to show proof of concept and test specific hypothesis with clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and execute the product vision.

  • Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners with executive leadership to provide updates on initiatives, strategies, and performance metrics.

Thought Leadership:

  • Represent the company as a thought leader in the Media Mix Modelling community through speaking engagements, conferences, and publications.

  • Drive thought leadership internally by sharing insights, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience in product management (typically 10+), specifically in the areas of Media Mix Modelling, budget optimization and/or Strategic Planning as a whole.

  • Proven track record of successfully driving product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery in a global context.

  • Deep understanding of Media Mix Modelling (hands on experience strongly preferred).

  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching data products in a B2B environment

  • Experience working with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and innovative out of the box product solutions.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, engineering teams, and clients.

  • Passion for innovation, staying abreast of the latest industry trends, and driving continuous improvement in products and processes.

Compensation Range: $159,500 - $250,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
