Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks to fill the position of Vice President in New York, NY.Work closely with stakeholders across Business and Technology groups to understand business objectives, translate requirements into functional solutions. Work as a single point of contact for Technology teams to facilitate solution building and provide oversight on product rollouts. Drive projects through the various stages of the software development life cycle. Effectively deliver solutions that meet client requirements using concepts of Agile methodology. Maintain strong partnerships with Business sponsors. Co-ordinate all communications and planning needs across projects and provide updates to senior management. Liaise with external vendors on their various product offerings that meet specific needs of internal stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst Technical Lead, Assistant Vice President, or a related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience with: designing and managing Events and conference workflows for an Investment Bank for their Corporate Access, Research, Fixed Income and Equities Business lines including: Non Deal Roadshows, Non Deal Fieldtrips, Analyst Marketing, Large scale Conferences; designing and managing Deal Roadshow and IPO bookbuilding workflows for an investment bank for their Global Capital markets Business lines; working on CRM Telephony interaction management; working on Trader Phones (Squawk boxes) integration to enable the interaction captures on CRM systems; working on Outlook integration (Emails, meetings) to enable the interaction captures on CRM systems; preparing product and program level updates; writing functional requirements, user stories; prepared user documentation and training materials; translating business needs into functional/technical requirements; coordinating external vendor product and customizations to ensure fulfillment of internal requirements; and software tools including: JIRA, MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, sharepoint, Tableau, UX design Tools (e.g Invision).

Minimum Salary: 181000 Maximum Salary: 200000 Salary Unit: Yearly
