Hours : Mon-Friday 5pm-9:30 pm

Friday- Sunday 5pm- 9:30pm

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year work experience

• Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Licenses or Certified Home Health Aide

Job Responsibilities:

• Activities of daily living

• Personal care

• Range of motion / exercises

• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration

• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

• Assisting with ambulation
