ManpowerGroup Quality Technician 3 in Newark, Delaware
Job Summary:
Position : Quality Technician 3
Location : DE, Newark, Glasgow Business Community
Position Type : Full-time, Temporary, with potential for extension and conversion to a full-time role.
Shifts : 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate : $38.93
Responsibilities:
Perform testing and process manufacturing related to Dimension RXL, EXL, and EXPAND .
Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analysis using specialized equipment.
Enter data into internal systems (SAP, LIMS, Siemens Clinical software).
Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, IVDD standards and quality management systems .
Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Manage analytical instruments and chemistry assays in the lab.
What's needed?:
Education : BS in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or equivalent (or 2-year degree with relevant experience).
Experience : 5-8 years in a related technical or specialty field.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with MS Office , SAP , LIMS , and Siemens Clinical testing software .
Experience in handling biohazard materials and understanding QSRs (Quality System Regulations) and ISO standards .
Good communication skills are required for interactions with scientists, engineers, and management.
Additional Requirements:
Vaccination : Required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless a medical or religious exemption is granted.
Time Management : Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime or irregular hours if necessary.
Travel : No travel required.
Systems Access : Will require access to systems like Fieldglass .
