What You'll Contribute

The Senior Associate, Engineering will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of engineering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping drive technical excellence within our organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to the execution of engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within defined timelines and quality standards.

  • Build automation and tests to ensure the reliability and performance of deliverables.

  • Refactoring new and legacy code as we work towards eliminating technical debt.

  • Develop and implement engineering solutions, adhering to best practices and leveraging appropriate tools and technologies.

  • Support in-depth analytics to inform improvements in the customer experience within the interactive voice response solution (IVR).

  • Design and implement data manipulation and processing pipelines to transform raw data into actionable insights for analytic purposes.

  • Responsible for creating/modifying reporting within Tableau to inform decision making and enable appropriate monitoring.

  • Assist in ensuring data integrity and accuracy by monitoring data sources and implementing quality control processes.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to address issues and challenges encountered during project execution.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.

  • Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

What You Have:

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • 1+ years of experience as a full-time software developer or engineer.

  • 1+ years programming experience with multiple scripting and programming languages and supporting technologies such as Javascript, C#, Python, Cloudwatch, Dynatrace, and Typescript.

  • 1+ year working with complex data, including shaping and flattening data for reporting using SAS/SQL and updating/maintaining Tableau

  • Experience designing, developing and consuming RESTful, SOAP and GraphQL based web services for mission critical, high-volume systems

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Preferred education, skills, and experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience with designing and developing AWS Connect Call Center Solutions.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with cloud services.

  • CI/CD pipeline creation and support experience

  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle

  • Experience working in Agile methodologies

  • Experience working in financial services industry, regulated compliance environment
