JPMorgan Chase Trade Lifecycle Specialist IV in Newark, Delaware

As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist IV within our operations team, you will be responsible for checking product and account types, performing BAU transactional and non-transactional processing, understanding escalations and escalation/exception processing, and maintaining relationships with business, technology, and operations partners. You will also need to understand the technology supporting processing and relationships, and consider risk, regulation, procedure, and policy for processing and behavior. This role provides an opportunity to enhance your skills in intelligent automation tools and client services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise with check product and account types

  • Perform BAU transactional and BAU non-transactional processing

  • Understand escalations and escalation/exception processing

  • Protect relationships with business, technology, and operations partners

  • Familiarize with technology supporting processing and relationships

  • Understand upstream and downstream impacts of processing

  • Consider risk, regulation, procedure, and policy for processing and behavior.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Operations Experience (Cash or Securities)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to analyze self, team, partners, and processing to communicate improvements

  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing needs of team

  • Ability to maintain relationships with processing requirements

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Proficient in intelligent automation tools (Alteryx, Tableau, or Python)

  • Proficient in Visio

  • Client Services experience

  • Reconciliation experience
