The HR Processes and Administration team is part of HR Operations and its Process Consulting team has end-to-end ownership of the execution of key employee lifecycle processes on behalf of the CoEs. The Process Consulting team is responsible for:
Optimizing HRenabling technologiesand the employee experience
Consulting on solutions that need to be customized to meet unique business and functionneeds
Overseeing HR employee life cycle processes including cyclical processes
A unique opportunity exists within the Process Consulting team for a Process Consultant position to support the Total Rewards CoE - Compensation processes and reporting to the Director, Senior Process Consultant.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage Total Rewards initiatives impacting business processes
Support the planning and executing applicable cyclical processes such as Year End Compensation recommendation process, compensation market data survey process, etc.
Consult to develop and prepare documentation of business requirements for Total Rewards needs/solutions
Prepare UAT scripts, conduct UAT, assist with defect management and conduct retesting
Assist with production validation after changes are implemented
Create and maintain employee, manager and HRBP Workday job aids
Create and maintain People Central content related to Total Rewards
Assist with Workday change management resources (tooltips, Smart pages, help text, announcements).
At times may also support non Total Rewards processes
Qualifications include but not limited to:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college/university
5+ years of work experience in human resources operations and technology
Knowledge of compensation practices inclusive of year end recommendation, compensation market data survey process, a plus
5+ years of working on large scale, complex projects as well as managing small to medium scale projects
5+ years of testing experience including preparations, executing and defect management.
3+ years of professional experience with Workday
Experience working in the agile method a plus

Strong partnering, problem solving and issue resolution skills, with the ability to identify business processes that can be streamlined and optimized for the end user
Critical and creative thinking, with the ability to think broadly and make connections across multiple applications and processes.
Pro-active and results oriented; operates well with ambiguity and with a high degree of independence, collaboration, resilience, curiosity, agility, and adaptability
Proven ability to create an environment of honesty, inclusion, diversity, and respect for others; champions differing ideas and perspectives
Technologically savvy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and VISIO

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $118,700.00 to $176,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
