Panasonic North America Sales Operations Analyst in Newark, New Jersey

Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst role manages the order-to-cash cycle, including order management, fulfillment, and issue resolution. Additionally, the position handles stock returns, audit reporting, and supports finance with documentation. Continuous improvement suggestions and additional duties as assigned are also part of the role.

What You'll Get To Do:

Customer Care

  • Responsible for the order to cash cycle including order management through fulfillment and any issue resolution

  • Collaborate internally with sales, product engineering, finance, credit, factories, and warehouses to communicate customer requirements

  • Communicate with external partners throughout the entire supply chain to ensure on-time delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Determine best method to achieve customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies

  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures

  • Recommend and implement ideas for improvement to achieve work efficiencies

Reporting

  • Chargeback/program credits – research and reconciliation chargeback deductions, validate program documentation, obtain approvals, and submit credits for processing

  • Professional solution support – work with channel partners, sales, and service to obtain any missing end user/serial number data for proper billing and entitlement processing

  • Maintain master tracking files and distribute to appropriate customers

  • Run and coordinate stock balance returns processing

  • Run monthly audit reports and gather supporting documentation for finance approval

  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Get To Do:

  • College degree in business or finance preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales/administrative management support

  • Prior front line business experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems – SFDC and SAP

  • Strong PC skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Advance knowledge of Excel

  • Proficient email management with high volume requests

  • Ability to identify and expedite critical issues

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

What We Offer:

The salary range of $65,000 –$105,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.

Salary Range

$85,000- 105,000 + bonus REQ-146468
