Your Team & RoleAs a Specialist, Service Delivery Management on the Platform Enablement Journey for USB (US Business) Data, Service & Technology, you will work closely with product owners, tech leads, feature teams, and engineers to improve and support the delivery and management of technology services that supports the organizations strategic administration platform.This is a highly visible platform that supports our U.S. Life, Retirement Strategies, and Institutional business administration functions. The strategic administration platform is a critical component to our success as it supports our current business and our goals and objectives of growing our businesses. As a seasoned technical delivery manager, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong technical insight, as well as a drive for continuous learning.This is a critical technical role with responsibility for the oversight of our infrastructure and vendor resources that underpin the foundation of our strategic administrative platform. The Specialist, Service Delivery Management will partner with the PO and have input into discussions around options and trade-offs, assist in decisions that reduce impact to our current business. The salary range for this role is from $90,100.00 to $134,100.00.
