We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Hours are 6:00am -2:30pm or 7:00am - 3:30pm M-F POSITION REPORTS TO: Production Associate Production Supervisor

Summary: Production Associates are responsible for performing a variety of tasks and processes to complete electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies including but not limited to solder, cable assembly, machine operation, final assembly, PCB, machine crimping and ribbon cable assembly. Production Associates must be able to follow established methods and procedures to ensure these tasks are completed as directed by manufacturing schedules with limited supervision. Production Associate Accountabilities Function as a participating team member. Hand soldering of wires to electrical connectors and PCBs. Assemble electromechanical assemblies as required. Review and complete required production documentation. Update job status in EPICOR Systems as required. Maintain a safe and orderly work area. Performs related duties as required.

Skills and Abilities: Accurate visual acuity for color and depth perception Vision sufficient to accurately measure in fraction of an inch Manual dexterity to handle small hand tools including soldering iron Read and understand moderately complex assembly instructions Comprehend written and verbal assignments Ability to work as a team member in a diverse work environment Advanced soldering and repair / rework skills Ability to use solder extractor tools Basic computer skills - accurate with data entry Suggest ideas to improve efficiency Good math skills with ability to count and measure Preferred Qualifications: Experience in hand soldering of various type; solder cups, J-Hook, through hole Proficient in most OJT processes in at least 2 production areas Successful completion of OJT crimp training. Successful completion of ESD and solder training (if/as required). Able to comprehend written and verbal instructions.

Required Qualifications: Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED. Physical Activity Requirements: Work Environment: Production environment where the noise level is generally moderately noisy Work Position: Primarily sitting. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $17.00-$19.00 per hour (for hourly employees) Full-time employees are also eligible for performance based bonuses and benefits.
