Reports to: Enterprise Automation Leader Span of Control: Individual Contributor JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manufacturing Process Automation Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a sustainable and scalable RPA program roadmap. Interact with stakeholders at all levels to create awareness of intelligent technology and identify candidate processes for automation. Process Assessment and Prioritization: Evaluate existing processes across business units to identify RPA opportunities. Prioritize processes based on impact, complexity, and feasibility. Project Management: Lead portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions. Change Management: Champion automation adoption by fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Communicate the benefits of automation portfolio to stakeholders and guide them through the transition. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define KPIs for automation success and track performance. Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities. Vendor Management: Collaborate with automation vendors to evaluate capabilities, capacity, and strategic agreements. Ensure alignment with organizational goals. JOB REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in science or engineering. 5-10 years of experience in the development and deployment of automation technology. Deep understanding of robotic process automation systems integration Proficiency with process integration and mechatronic systems. Demonstrated success in organization & planning of complex workstreams (Project Management) PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Advanced degree in science or engineering. Technica
