This role is not eligible for sponsorship RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid #Ll-KS1 Flexible Work Arrangement: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday on-site in Newark, OH, Orlando, FL or Miami, FL. Thursday & Friday remote work option. Lead efforts to expand the capabilities of business intelligence; identifying and demonstrating new tools and/or techniques that are feasible to implement in our environment and offer value to the organization Acquires and demonstrates an exceptional understanding of bank processes in general, and applies this knowledge to unique and intuitive solutions that showcase a spirit of creativity and innovation Develop and maintain strong cross-channel relationships that enable the team to exercise a positive influence in the periodic strategic technology planning process Design, create and distribute operational and strategic dashboards to track and measure organization performance; offering data driven decisions based on historical trending, and supporting more effective strategic decisions through prescriptive analytics Gather and analyze business/user reporting and/or data workflow requirements, translating them into outputs that address the root of the need within the context of our master data management strategy Design and support data warehouses that facilitate complex multi-dimensional data analysis and reporting. Provide support and consultation for the development of scripts to be used/integrated in our banking applications Continually build out and promote our master data management strategy to ensure a single, authoritative point of reference exists for the data assets of the organization Design and provide training to new and existing Business Intelligence associates Extensive knowledge in SQL reporting, Tableau or Power BI enterprise reporting tools Individually and if applicable, as a manager, participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards Other duties as assigned EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent required 2 yr Associate degree in IT, Computer Programming, Computer Science or other related discipline required 2+yrs experience in Business Intelligence field, Basic programming skills relative to scripting language in reporting software, experience with SQL Hands on experience with one or more of the following: IBM Cognos Business Intelligence, Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, BIDS), IBM DB2, Snowflake or other Relational Management Database Systems SCHEDULE Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position a full-time, permanent role. Hybrid workplace schedule expected on-site days (M, T, W) in either Central Ohio, Orlando or Miami, Florida. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.
