Not eligible for sponsorship RESPONSIBILITIES #LI-Hybrid #LI-KS1 Supervisory Responsibilities: Interview and select candidates for openings, set goals for associates, assign tasks/duties, conduct on-the-job training, develop associates' skills and encourage growth, prepare disciplinary write-ups as appropriate, prepare and conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for salary adjustments, approve timecards for a small team and other duties associated with managing a staff Develop, document, and maintain an IAM program that aligns with the bank's strategy and ensure ongoing compliance with the program. Collaborate with peers to develop, document, and maintain governance documentation related to access management. Assess current applications to ensure implementations aligns with identity-first security strategies, industry guidelines, best practices and standards. Develop, document, and maintain an RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control) program. Collaborate with peers to identify, evaluate, and mitigate business and technology risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Assess and enhance the bank's Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform to support a secure environment that meets or exceeds industry standards and regulatory requirements while ensuring a positive customer experience. Build and nurture positive working relationships with peers and business lines to facilitate cross functional collaboration and progress toward shared goals. Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders with both technical and non-technical understanding across all levels of the organization. Provide management status reporting to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved. Resolve complex problems, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines, requirements or processes; escalate breakdowns in the process by asking probing questions and identify and involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns. Provide training to associates on applicable policies, processes, and procedures. Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks. Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering preferred. 4+ years' expert understanding of IAM concepts, including access controls and the identity and access provisioning life cycle. 2+ years' experience in IAM governance, risk, and controls required. 2+ years' experience in Sailpoint configuration and support preferred. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) preferred. Strong understanding of risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity, IT security architecture, and IT regulatory compliance. SCHEDULE Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This role is a full-time, salary exempt position. Flexible Work Arrangement: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday on-site at our headquarters in Newark, OH, or our offices in Weston (Miami) or Orlando, FL.
